hotel staff was great. view was nice. pool was great. only got 1 room key and no duplicated which is annoying, rooms dont have bars of soap, the safe is very outdated(doesnt use a code, used a very large key, and the safe is extra small), the bed was very uncomfortable and hurt our backs.
We stayed in a triple room .Cosy room with a balcony.Good view of the Caldera.For unobstructed sunset view need to go down to the swimming pool.Staff are very nice.Arranged for early check in.Allowed us breakfast for the check in day,in lieu of check out day.They will help with your luggage to be brought or drop upto the taxi point.The central area is very near. The Hotel is built on the side wall of the Caldera and you need to tackle a flight of stairs.Very good for relaxation.
