Beautiful stay hosted by lovely people. Theodosia welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. The place itself was clean and well maintained. Staying in the traditional architecture apartment was a unique experience. There was option to have a good breakfast served to your suite at an additional cost and daily housekeeping service. It’s located in a Pyrgos - a beautiful village and a relatively quieter area of Santorini, but personally we found the location perfect for exploring most of the island. And a hot tub and stunning sunset view - what more could one ask for!

The hotel has an excellent location, perfect for watching sunset in the swimming pool or jacuzzi. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast served in the room is fantastic and price is reasonable. Will arrange to stay again in the future. Lovely!

Theodosia is a beautiful, gracious host! Her friendly personality made our family feel welcome and valued from the first moments! ❤️ I wish we had booked a longer stay here! The property is absolutely gorgeous and the sunset views are perfect! It was only a 15-20 min drive to Thira and slightly longer to get to Oia. We loved that we weren’t in the crowded areas, but that it was still pretty quick and easy to go visit those areas by car. (we rented a car, but I noticed there were buses that passed by the property, so that may be a different option for transportation if someone did not have a car). I would definitely stay at Zatrikion again if we are ever back to Santorini! Thank you again for the wonderful stay! Sincerely, the Snider family❤️

Hostess was very friendly and welcoming. Made us feel right at home and gave tips on places to see and where to eat. The villa was beautiful and worked well for our family of 6. It’s in a beautiful, quiet location with amazing views. Yes, including the sunset! You can walk down to Pyrgos and back up, although it’s a bit of a hike. Renting a car is advised to get around the island from here. Fira was about a 20 min drive away. Theodosia treated us like family. Highly recommend.

Perfect villa

We recently stayed at the Zatrikion villas in Santorini, and our experience was absolutely fantastic! The crew was very kind! The cleanliness of the villa was very impressive, and it felt like they put in a great deal of effort to keep the place clean and well-maintained. The pool is simply a dream, and we could have spent hours there! The view from the jacuzzi was breathtaking. The proximity to restaurants and attractions on the island was also excellent, allowing us to enjoy the best of everything. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and we are confident that we will return in the future.

Amazing!!!

An absolutely amazing place to stay! Theodosia was extremely welcoming and a great source of information on the local area. We’ve made a friend for life in her! The villa was stunning and spotless. Everything was thought of even down to robes and slippers! We will be back. Car here is a must - easy roads to drive and everything easy to get to.

Beautiful villa with a great view of the caldera. Room had a private hot tub which was great. Pool was freezing cold so we couldn't use it. Lovely owners who are super friendly and helpful. Had a great and relaxing time. Very private and secluded so away from busy tourist areas.

The property is located away from the crowds of tourists and traffic, there is no need to go to Oia to see the sunset as you can either relax on your own deck or in the pool and see the sunset. Oia is 1/2 hour away. There is no restaurant but the restaurant down the road, Mythos, delivers to your door with no delivery charge and the food is delicious and hot and good prices. I would recommend a car rental or there are ATV rentals or motorcyle rentals. The owners of this property treat you like family. The property is beautiful, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, gorgeous infinity pool, quite peaceful can't say enough about it. I rate it 10/10. If I ever get the opportunity to go back to Santorini I will definately stay there again. Loved the people of Greece!!

The host were helpful. On our first day our plane got delay 10 hours and arrived at the villa at 2 am but they were helpful on getting us a transportation to the villa and had water and food waiting for us. The next day they help us rent a car and talk to us about what we could do in Santorini. They also help us get transportation to the airport and being able to print our boarding pass. The host were the absolute best. The location was perfect because we wanted to have a calm and quite vacation. The sunset in Pyrgos was always beautiful. Love the whole experience.

Great Place

My stay at Zatrikion was amazing! I arrived in Santorini at 6am and was greeted by one of the owners Theodosia. She took the time to walk us through the villa and showed us how to operate all of the amenities like the hot tub and the showers. She also acted as a concierge during our stay and helped us with any reservations or bookings we needed. All of the staff members were friendly and they treated us like family.

We cannot stop gushing about this place. We spent 4 nights at Zatrikion Villas and the whole experience was absolutely amazing. Zatrikion is Located in a peaceful area away from the touristic chaos but still centrally located with beautiful views of the island. Its a 15min walk to the lovely Pygros, which has several great places to eat and drink. The villas are so beautiful, spacious, and immaculately clean. The best part is the breathtaking views and gorgeous sunsets that can be watched from your private hot tub. The owners who live on site are extremely kind, welcoming and ready to help. They went above and beyond to please in every way. Thankyou Theodisia and family for your hospitality and helpfulness. We can not recommended this place enough. Wow! What an incredible place! Definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed! We arrived late and were met warmly by one of the owners daughters. She was super friendly and then her sister arrived with fruit for us! They gave us restaurant suggestions and places to see on the island. The views are breath taking! Sunset was the best from the villa! And the pool is amazing! We loved that it was a bit out of town and so peaceful and quiet! Would recommend having a car on the island as there is a fair amount to see. We walked every morning to the village of Pyrgos for breakfast. Villa was clean and spacious (we had the Christina villa). Would absolutely stay here again!!!!

Beautiful villa in San Toronto. Could not have ask

This is a new resort in Santotini and it is fantastic! Amid the beautiful scenery, is this lovely picturesque Villa of what we envisioned Santorini to be. Our family of five was very comfortable and enjoyed the facility, the pool and wonderful family that runs the small resort. They went above and beyond to please in every way. Excellent location, I recommend this to anyone traveling to Santorini.

Suite bien au delà de nos attentes ! Elle était très bien équipée, avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La salle de bain est spacieuse, le jacuzzi avait une vue exceptionnelle ! L’hôte, Theodosia, est très agréable, elle nous a bien accueillis et nous a recommandé des choses à voir sur Santorin et des endroits où manger. Nous recommandons à 100% cet établissement.
