Sand Luxury Villa in Santorini was constructed in 2018 with the principal objective to offer visitors the quality time they deserve for perfect holidays. It is located in the quiet area of Exo Gialos, Karterados, near the organized beach of Monolithos, on the eastern side of the island with panoramic sea view and a large outdoor space. It mixes modern and traditional elements, respecting at the same time local architecture.
The newly built villa is beautifully and fully furnished interior and exterior, exceptionally decorated, with particular style, featuring vaulted ceilings, large verandas, unlimited sea view and many amenities. The large private pool located in the exterior area freely offers guests absolute relaxation under the sun, while it is surrounded by a veranda for sunbathing with modern deck chairs, tables and outdoor shower.

The villa is close to the ocean on the west side of the island, which is what we were looking for. Firo and happening locations are 10 minutes away by car. The villa is clean, nicely appointed, and communication with the owner was easy. Vera- the housekeeper - came every day and was super helpful. Would stay there again.

Beautiful out of the way property in Santorini

This is a great 3 bedroom 3 bath property. It was clean, well maintained and the communication was terrific. They assisted with picking us up and getting us back to the ferry when we left. A few things to note: It is on the flight path of the airport - very close - I was not bothered by the planes, but you can hear them. It is a few miles from Fira - you can walk it (it is a good walk), but we got 4 wheelers and were able to get all over the island. There are 2 restaurants / bars within a few minutes walking distance that were great and great views of the beach. The beach was very close (walking distance and by the restaurants). Two of the bedrooms are on the top floor with the third room underneath in case you need a separate room away from the main house. There is sometimes a smell from what I assume is the sewer lines but not a big deterrent. They did have amenities in the house (shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper etc). I enjoyed staying here a little out of the way from the crazy towns of Fira and Oia.

Relaxing property overlooking the sea

The property is more isolated than we expected. It is not in a village and is about a half kilometer from the sea. It is on the east side of the island close to the airport. Some planes do go over the property but did not bother us. Local transportation is a must because, other than one restaurant by the sea, nothing is within walking distance. We learned when we arrived that Greece now requires and international driver’s license with huge penalties if stopped without one. We used Mario, a driver recommended by management, for airport pick up and return and for forays around the island. He took great care of us and helped us see much of the island. Miss Vera, the housekeeper, stopped by daily to check on any needs and took care of them. We enjoyed our visit and would select the property again if we return to Santorini

Très bon accueil conviviale et serviable Ils sont à l écoute et de très bon conseils Seul petit bémol là passage des avions mais il en a très peu Sinon la vue est très belle et la maison tres bien équipée , literie super ..... On y retournera avec plaisir
