Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
There was an emergency situation with an earthquake and thousands evacuating. Airlines refunded nonrefundable flights and travelers who were in Santorini were required to avoid any areas near water or dangers of rockslides: areas where tourists visiting would have wanted to experience. The hotel refused to refund the deposit, even under these dire circumstances.
