They had a party in the same hotel until 2am , it was so loud that everything in my room was falling. I had a horrible night.

The property is under renovation from the moment we checked in at 4pm it was contruction going onnon the roof top loud noise and the next day in the morning we had a 4 days stay and had to leave the next day staffed was helpful and friendly so the restaurant

The hotel was very clean. The staff at the front desk speaks English. There was 2 people in the restaurant that spoke English. One night my order was taken incorrectly because of the language barrier. I had the room with the jacuzzi on the balcony. I stayed for 5 nights 2/25/21-3/2/21.. I had like warm water in the shower every day.. My balcony door lock was broke. The maintenance guy came every night to fix it. Overall.. I had a nice stay. The taxis downstairs are very accessible. I suggest to use taxi #1.. He was very nice. He spoke no English but we felt very safe with him.
I was very please with the service the food was very tasty, the housekeepers were nice and kept my room tidy . The people were friendly I would not mine to stay there again.
I stayed here for 5 days and the overall experience was good the staff was nice and welcoming. The breakfast and restaurant was great. Although I must say this hotel attracts a ton of the younger crowd .Mainly for its rooftop bar,lounge, and pool. And some of the younger crowd of guest are not considerate and very loud in the middle of the night. It don’t matter if your located in the beginning or end of the hallway everything echos .
My husband and I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times when I am in the Dominican Republic. They do an excellent job adapting to COVID-19 and ensuring the hotel is clean. Very good hotel for the price.
