We had the misfortune of arriving when they were replacing the pool. (There was no mention of this before we arrived.) Lots of noise and no pool while we were there. Many of the desk staff spoke no English and our Spanish left us wanting to communicate our needs. Especially, that the bed springs were quite uncomfortable for both of us.It took days to see management. Orbitz refused the return of our remaining money, but we left anyway. No Orbitz for me anymore when a misrepresented hotel can’t give us back any money. NO THANKS Orbitz! (These new pictures are conceptual not identical, as the new pool is getting wood like stairs and we never saw the new furniture.)

This is more like a motel then anything else. The TV was broken, the safe malfunctions, the room key is taped (that if you remove it it will no longer work), the doors are so hallow you can hear people outside of the room talking at a normal volume, the bathroom door doesn’t close, the shower head is broken and not fixed, the shower floods everytime you take a shower and the worst part of it all… the pool has semen in it, so do NOT swim in it. The only thing worth this one star instead of 0, is the small cafe downstairs, their chicken was great. But honestly you can probably just attribute that to the freshness of the meat provided by the country itself. So this place may not even be worth the one star.
