-Electricity in Santo Domingo is very Expensive, for monthly rentals theres a limit of 100 dollars of electricity consumption, if theres a difference will be charged through airbnb separately-.

* No loud music in the units after 10 pm.

* this unit only accommodates (4) guests, if more than 4 stays overnight we will charge $50 per aditional person per night.

* Yellowkey only proveides essentials for arrival: basic amenities for your arrival ( shampoo, soap), toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, bottles of water and coffee.

* Alteration requests 7 days or less prior to check-in, will be considered but not necessarily accepted.

*Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.

*Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group.
