Please do not waste your time at this hotel they had a lot of sex trafficking going on. Not only that the staff is rude by the pool area That's a hold different owner. He is a straight-up ass please do not waste your time are money and the food was not great at all I got sick just ordering the chicken. They were having a private party in the rooms with over 10 girls coming in and one guy. He was like the bodyguard and making sure they do the job. They were coming in a group like that, but only with one guy for each group guarding the doors please do not stay here and they have nothing but cold water.

Only Public area has WIFI, no WIFI in room. Very noisy of music from Casino until 3am.

I registered for 4 nights and checked out next morning at 6:00 am! I couldn't. Sleep that night due to the noise coming from a discoteca that stayed active until 6:00 am. The bass was heard inside all rooms shaking the whole structure is the building and even the bed!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the food was delicious

Staff is only trained to work the the Casino, they have no knowledge of what’s going on with the hotel or how to assist any one staying at this hotel. They look lost and when you question the staff they do not know how to answer you .they have no knowledge. The majority of the time you have to figure things out in your own and flow with it. If the Casino goes out if business. Good by hotel. The hotel is a hustle from taxi to the cooks and front desk. All they know how to do is put there hands out for a tip.

There was an issue with our original room but staff were quick to resolve the problem and upgraded us to a better room. The ice machines were not working the first day, but were fixed by the second day. Room was comfortable and air conditioning was nice.

This hotel will make you feel dirty due to the rooms. The sheets are dirty and have roaches. We had to leave because we developed a horrible itch. No refund and we paid the price to be infested with something that makes you itch. Not a family hotel and loud. Run fast away from it. Woke up like 3am itching like crazy and drunk woman running the hall screaming. Seems like spot for late action if you understand what i mean. Hence the dirty feeling. Needs to pride themselves with cleaner service. Only thing was the front desk staff were polite and sorry. Don't recommend at all. Maintenance came to fix tub and never returned. What a nightmare!

I don't like to say bad things about anyone, so i will just say if you can afford anything better then do so, this is the worst hotel in the world.

Very dirty sheets. When I unfolded the blanket it have roches. Wall are nasty. Shower tube clugged.
