Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Only the short dark skin lady from a province makes a difference. Staff is entitled, authoritarian, with lack of manners and more. My hospital in the US is sending a team of colleagues physicians for 2-3 months on teaching assignments and I’ll be telling them and others to scratch your hotel from the list. WHAT A FIASCO!!!! Every single thing was a nightmare

The onsite security is outstanding, providing a sense of safety and peace of mind throughout my stay. Mr. Marcos, who works security, is extremely accommodating and always goes above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable. His dedication and friendly demeanor truly enhance the experience..Thank you for maintaining such high standards and for making each stay memorable.
