Casa Adefra is located on El Conde Street, which is the pedestrian street of the Colonial Zone. From our place you can visit all the places in the area walking. The place has 9 suites; ask us for the link where you will see the suite options that we offer on airbnb. Each fully renovated suite has keyless access, its own private bathroom, smart TV with local cable and Netflix, closet, safe, air conditioning, electric water heater, electric stove with two burners, and free fast Wi-Fi. Spacious, quiet and cozy suite and loft style room of 27 square meters plus a 4 square meters balcony overlooking Calle El Conde. King bed, with private bathroom and all the necessary amenities needed to have a pleasant and comfortable stay. Each suite has its own private bathroom, smart TV with local cable and Netflix, closet, safe, air conditioning, electric water heater, electric stove with two burners, and free Wi-Fi. Room located on the third level, we do not have an elevator. On the third level, Casa Adefra has a terrace with furniture and a Jacuzzi for the exclusive use of our guests. -Quiet, walkable and central area. In the 1960s, our grandmother Adela and our father Franklin decided to build a building on Calle El Conde and set up a furniture and decorations store, to which they decided to name Casa Adefra after the initials of their names. In 2019, our family began the renovation of the building to offer a shopping mall and nine suites and loft style apartments and decided to keep the name that gave life to the building in its beginnings, Casa Adefra.

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. The apartment also includes a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.
