Location very convenient inside the blue mall with lots of choices for high end shopping and dining options . Definitely will stay there again . Really liked the hotel. Obly one negative comment, I booked a suite with a balcony but that floor was in renovation. Instead of an upgrade I received a less expensive room and no credit was given

The service was superb! Housekeeping even folded our clothes - like never seen before the attention to details and be served, taken care of, and feeling beyond being pampered. The best service ever and I have traveled the world! Way to go JW Marriott in Santo Domingo.

Check in was crazy there is certain things they should tell you before arriving and they take your money Only good thing is your belongings are safe and most of the staff are fine apart one one person who made check In extremely difficult I wouldn’t stay here again and have stayed in most Marriott around the world
