Tuvimos problemas con el a/c!y el staff a cargo en recepción gestionaron todo muy diligente. Nos llamaron en la noche para preguntar si estábamos bien con la temperatura. Adicional, en la mañana, nos dieron seguimiento. El protocolo es ser servicial pero el staff parecía honestamente interesado porque nos sintiéramos a gusto. Visitamos el restaurante en el rooftop, la barra y el restaurante del lobby, en todos lados el staff fue muy servicial. Definitivamente una propiedad excelente y un equipo mejor. Segunda vez que les visitamos y no dudamos repetir.
