Service has gone down no longer the best option in the area for the Price/benefit. Explore the other brands around the corner - ours was a large group - seven almost split and the other group had a better experience staying at the Marriott. Expect to pay for everything - even the air you breath. People complaint about the strong carpet chemicals they use - not good for anyone with the slightest respiratory condition. The AC goes off in the middle of the night so expect some night sweats as a bonus. By our teams consensus - we are not going back for now.

The hotel is beautiful! Everything is clean, the rooftop bar is amazing and the breakfast was great! I would definitely stay again and I recommend this hotel looking for a place to lodge.

I’m writing to share a very disappointing experience my family and I had when we tried to stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, no one offered assistance or even basic directions on where to park. Staff at the entrance were too busy chatting and laughing with someone else and on the phone to acknowledge us. I had to figure out parking on my own and ended up in the basement. My wife and I, with our two small children, had to carry all our luggage up ourselves no help was ever offered. At the front desk, we weren't greeted. When I tried to check in, we were denied because our children (both under 15) didn’t have IDs or birth certificates. This is unusual and, frankly, unreasonable as most minors don’t carry identification, either here or in the U.S. We had to leave and find another hotel, where we were treated with basic kindness and respect. To be fair, a staff member (I believe the manager) later contacted me, apologized, and said this shouldn’t have happened. He asked for my email to follow up I appreciated the gesture but I never heard from anyone again, even after waiting four days. As clean and modern as the hotel looked, the way the staff treated us made it not worth staying there. This was just our experience, but I hope it helps others make informed decisions.
