Staff is friendly and helpful. Most speak English very well. I've stayed at this holiday inn before but this trip I noticed the stench of ur ine urine in the room. Could tell it was coming from the bathroom drains. Probably is showing lack of care.moved into a air bnb apt for the rest of my stay in Santo Domingo.
For me it was all about location this trip .( I had Business in the city ) Covid 19 caused some difficulties and limited services but no consideration was given to price even though there was no daily house keeping or regular restaurant hours . Best part of the stay was very helpful and friendly staff
The pool does not receive sun for a sufficient period of time

The hotel is very nice. Good location. The staff is very friendly. Every time I arrive early in the morning they have a room available for me, without having to wait until the afternoon. Very comfortable room. Has free and fast Wi-Fi in the room and on the premises.
