Horrific hotel

Dirty bed sheets & the ceiling is falling onto them… maybe mould Creatures in the bath room and floor of the bedroom, kitchen and sofa. No hot water. One member of staff that is too busy and will tell you he can’t help carry your bags up 6 flights of stairs because he’s too busy. Tries to charge you extra hotel service fees when you arrive. Do not pay- your fees and taxes are included in your booking!
