Me gusto todo en general, excelente servicio,las habitaciones son comodas y el desayuno estaba rico, lo unico es la dirección que esta en expedia es diferente a la que tiene el hotel y los baños no tienen puertas.

When arrived at the property in the middle of the day, there was nobody at the reception. The front door was closed and had to call several times and wait outside in the heat of the day. The name is also wrong, this place goes by Graccie Local House, when searched address it won't be found by this name. The place has no sign and it's located in a very dirty neighborhood. There was no hot water at anytime either to take a shower. The pillows were torn and outside the rooms, AC was off and hallways lights were kept off at all times. The staff was very nice but available only during breakfast. BTW, it's located literally in front of a graveyard.

There was no street address. It was not on the street listed. Even with the help of police it took an hour and a half to find the place. It ruined the day of my arrival. There was no employee in the hotel at the time that I left. Luckily I was still there to be able to open the locked door for the next arriving guests.

The hotel is in a safe and very accessible area rooms were clean and very comfortable one thing to note the hotel location is actually further away from the colonial zone compare to the location it appears in the map

El hotel es pequeño, pero limpio y comodo ybel personal muy amable. El desayuno tambien es bueno. Pero es un hotel para estadias muy cortas. Se tiene que actualizar la informacion de este hospedaje. La dirrecion en Orbitz te lleva a un hotel que se llama Luca. Luego alli te envían a otro que queda a 15 minutos caminando que se llama Graccie. En otras palabras, Heritage Residences no existe.
