its a great unit.. 12 min walk to the center of the zona 1 block from the malecon.. colonial style comfortable.. fans work so well didn't even use the ac... solid wifi.. would definitely stay here again...

We had stayed in this unique property near the malecon in the Colonial zone and liked it so much that we returned for a second visit. The property is in a great location and is a good value. Highly recommend.

Charming Apartment near the Malecon

We loved the colonial style of the apartment ie the woodwork and tiles and high ceilings but also appreciated the modern bathrooms and decor and the cleanliness. We loved the location near the malecon. We got a map of the points of interest in the colonial zone and were able to walk to all of them. Would be nice for future guests to have that map. We could not get the microwave to work. don't know if it was our error or the microwave.

Beautiful VRBO apt

Beautiful spacious 2 bedroom apartment!!! Privacy for both bedroom and bathroom was wonderful! Strongly recommend. If I had to give one complaint it would be hot water was not abundant in shower . This is common in DR but it would really make this apartment stand out it could provide constant hot water . Would strongly recommend this apartment
