Property is very clean. Staff is very helpful. All praises to them. They make you feel welcome.
Property is ok overall. The room is dated and had an old carpet smell when I first walked in. The room was executive but was overpriced due to the fact it's now old and outdated. The 1.5 baths was a good feature to have.

Property need improvements. I visit it frequently. Bathroom need attention maintenance. Balcony door lock was broke. Many employees are very slow. I wait more than 3 hour for ice cause in my floor don't hace ice machine. I stay in a suite in the Executive Tower as always. But last two times Im concerned.

Property need more maintenance. Bathroom water was dirty too many times.They are charging for everything. Spend a little more than double the normal amount. And I frequent it every two months. Im looking for other options.

I love the staff. They are always nice and accommodating to me and my family. They always do a good job of keeping the hotel as clean a possible. The unique thing this trip was they had live entertainment near the bar. I had never seen that before.
