Great hotel, but is not a nice area to walk around....which is common in Santo Domingo. But you are really close to zona colonial 5 min drive
Looks like Newly Renovated, in Perfect conditions, nice restaurant Area, very friendly staff all around....would definitely recommend this place to ayone.
The Courtyard by Marriott has been my favorite hotel in Santo Domingo and since it's renovation it's been even better.
After being shut down for over two years my favorite hotel made an excellent comeback
Property is well maintained and cleaned, but I think for the amenities offered, the hotel is overrated. I guess because it’s by MARRIOTT!!!! I think Barceló offers more for your money. Simply my opinion

I was here last week and when i returned went to the same place, now on this will be my place to stay in The Dominican Republic It is a friendly place, you feel safe , the food is good , not greasy not salty and this time service at the restaurant was excellent. I was treated as a queen
The staff is good and the hotel is always clean and love the location. What they have to improve is the restaurant, ig i have to rate them for the restaurant service i will give them one star, not for the taste of the food , it is because of the time they take to serve you the order, also the time they take to clean a table and bring you the service to start eating. I was 05 minutes with my breakfast on the table and i did receive my service as i said 05 minutes after

This hotel is more centrally situated than the malecon ones. Other hotels are ocean front but farther of daily needs (restaurants, fastfood, stores) Este hotel tiene mejor ubicacion q los del malecon (cerca de tiendas, comida rapida, restaurants, supermercados etc)
