Loud music playing all day and night very loud plan on getting no sleep the music lasts up to 1am bring double ear plugs. For 5 days I had no bedroom light. Dogs outside fighting and barking all night.

La habitación sucia, el techo filtrando, no tenía agua caliente y no quisieron darme el desayuno . Nos dijeron que los que reservamos por expidia no tenían desayuno porque ellos no salían bien y que expidia lo que les paga y que era una miseria. Eso fue la respuesta del señor de recepción. También mi mamá separo una habitación de dos camas y se la dieron de una cama y no nos rembolso el dinero que se pagó por las 2 camas. De verdad no sirve. Da hasta asco los baños

En primer lugar el hotel se ve bonito en fotos pero cuando estas en el lugar es otro, el aire no estaba en consiciones ,el personal protesta porque consigues a un precio economico en la aplicacion pero cuando estas hay dicen que muy poco dinero,, no me quede la habotacio. No estaba acta,,aparte el mal humor del empleado diciendo que es poco dinero que pagas por reservar osea esperan que luego des algo extra. No lo recomiendo si decides cancelar no te devuelven el dinero
