I expected better
Staff was very bad all but Ezekiel Waitress staff was really bad put the placemats down in the menus don’t ask you what you want no smile not nice no nothing check in was very long and very bad very confuse I had three different rooms before I get one room
The hotel is definitely overpriced for the location, room, and food.
Everything was as the hotel promoted.. specially the reception!
This hotel was very nice but it wass in a sketchy area but right on the beach. The hotel was super clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
I truly had a wonderful time staying at The Boca Chica Residential Resort for my weekend getaway with my fiancé. The room was cozy and clean + we absolutely loved our seaside view! Our favorite bartenders of all time are Wilkin & Estephanie! I wish we could have taken them back to New York with us! Also, the resorts staff member with the last name “Jerome” was outstanding with us throughout our stay as well. When we’re to return to Boca Chica for a Part 2 we will indeed return to this lovely resort.
The view and beach was great. The service was also very good.😊
This property appears to be well kept and clean however this property’s location is not good; surrounded by poor conditions of the neighboring buildings, the one building directly across the street is abandoned and some others appear to be abandoned and/or in very poor condition. There is a considerable amount of trash in the streets around this property’s location.
I eas very clean and safe, which is important to me. A lit of security, room very moder , brand new and comfortable, the front desk staff especially an employee name Edilin super nice, helpful. Pleasant and on point , was always very courteous. I will definitively came back The only thing that needs improving is the wait period for breakfast and lunch, very long time period no enough staff to serve you.
Decent size apartment type. Great design. Wonderful view. Love the balcony except the air conditioning unit located there. Had a problem with WiFi once and no water for an hour
Boca Beach Residence is a new hotel in the Boca Chica area. Still under construction it has about 4 floors working. A very beautiful place to stay, it has nice and comfortable rooms. I stayed at a nice apartment type room with kitchen and sofa bed which I recommend. Cable tv is the best I have seen in Santo Domingo. The restaurant serves good food although the price is a little bit higher than what you can eat outside. Staff is friendly and attentive and I had the opportunity to meet the owner who is an italian and happened to be a very nice person, friendly and kind. The hotel has a good pool and a small exclusive area in the beach. The only draw back is that the area is full of people selling all kind of things and they are very persistent. But that has nothing to do with the hotel. On weekends the area is kind of chaotic. So it wont be very peaceful if you are looking for tranquility. Breakfast is good but limited to one dish and a drink. Overall I would recommend this hotel and if I have the opportunity I will go back for sure. It may be the best room for the price in Bocachica right now.
The Property is not actually completed there are still some rooms being worked on. The Location was perfect, not too far from the main Colonial District. The price of food and drinks at the residence were ridiculously expensive although the ambiance was very pristine and welcoming. The kitchen and Bar is open but didn't order any food or drinks. There is onsite security 24/7 which was very impressive,,, There is a cordoned off Beach section that only guests at the residence have access to. It was very easy to find with Waze App. Although the Beach was quite populated residents' at the property access to the beach area was very open. The Room 301's balcony is actually located behind the bathroom of the adjacent room,,,
