Doorman was nice and the location is good. I wasn’t able to get hot water in the shower. That sucked, but the worst part was the host wasn’t helpful. I messaged two times and both responses were 12 hours later. The first response was “I’m sure you figured it out by now” and the second response was “It worked after you checked out”. I guess I need more practice with left and right shower handles.

I've been coming to Santo Domingo for many years and this is 1 of the best condominiums I have stayed in. The location could not be any better. Walking distance from many good restaurants like Loretta's Cafe and 5 minutes Uber ride to Blue Mall, etc. I will definitely be back if available. Gabriel's customer service is A+.
