Serviço de atendimento. Sem elevador. Banho horrível (velho e sujo). Localização do quarto, muito ruim (do lado de uma vácuo, um buraco, um vazio) do prédio. Um barulho intermitente que deve ser do gerador elétrico. O quarto sem armário (somente um quarto tinha). Café da manhã (horrível), e com pouca quantidade de leite, pro exemplo. sem cadeira no quaro, sem mesa no quaro (e esses dois itens estavam na foto do site do hotel e confirmados na hora de pagar. Localização péssima. Minha amiga foi roubada ali do lado, levaram bolsa, carteira, celular e todos os documentos. Políciamento ausente..

Hotel situado a cinco minutos de la estación de autobuses con destinos nacionales e internacionales. La habitación daba a la calle muy transitada de vehiculos y por ende muy ruidosa. El desayuno aceptable pero con poca variedad. El personal de recepción y servicio muy amable y atento con una sola excepcion. El hotel necesita insonorizar las habitaciones que dan a la calle.

Muy buena estadía, solo detalles como que no tiene ascensor, aunque solo cuenta con 4 pisos. El entorno si bien es céntrico y cercano a lugares de locomoción, no nos agrado para salir a caminar, es un buen hotel para movilizar pero no para recorrer el entorno.

O hotel não tem elevador. Ficamos no quarto andar. O chuveiro do nosso quarto estava vazando para todos os lados e molhava todo o banheiro. Um desastre. Assim q chegamos fiz uma solicitação para trocarem. Só no último dia trocaram o chuveiro.

バスターミナルの近くで、スーパーマーケット、ショッピングモールも近くにあり便利な立地です。エレベーターはありません。設備はやや古い感じですが、清潔に保たれています。wifiもよく繋がりました。3泊したうちの1晩、wifiが繋がりませんでしたが夜中に復旧しました。一度お湯がでなくなりましたが、すぐに修理してくれました。スタッフの皆さんも親切で、快適に滞在できました。

Closest comfortable hotel to bus station

The hotel is clean with comfy accommodation. It is across the street from the bus station so there is traffic noise all night. The area is not the safest however the hotel has a locked entrance and it did feel safe.

サンティアゴからの移動に便利なバスターミナルのすぐ近くのホテル

周りにはアラメダバスターミナルがあるので、道路をバスがよく通るので少し煩いがバスターミナルと地下鉄の駅に近く便利なところである。
