My hotel stay was ok. Hotel is well located and clean. Though room was very small and not so comfortable. Facilities are a bit outdated and to me it didn't have the "boutique" style it professes.

Great hotel

We were greeted by Alex the man at the desk. He spoke English and was very welcoming. He offered to help us by calling for a taxi the next morning when we had to go the US Embassy. We enjoyed meeting and talk to him. We were amazed to hear him speak three languages. Our room was nice but the shower floor was slippery and the bed was too soft. Also there was no refrigerator which would have been nice. The room was clean and comfortable. We had no problem checking in and we easily reserved our room online. We planned to return to Santiago in a few weeks and will stay here again.

Providencia is not the cheapest santiago neighborhood but is a beautiful and safe place to walk, Hotel the price is good, and the service was excellent, friendly people at checkin time, breakfast was excellent, good Internet service. The room is small but enough for us. OPorto is close to costaneramall 1.4km, 10min walking, This mall is easy to find because it is located in the tallest building in Santiago.

Great place to stay

We spent one night at this hotel. It was very nice even though our room was quite small. The bathroom was very clean and nice. The air conditioner was very nice to have after a hot day. The location was fine in a nice neighborhood with a convenience store just across the street. A restaurant is attached to the hotel although we did not eat there. The free breakfast we had was very good. The front desk personnel ordered us a shared van to take us to the airport. We enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend this hotel.

Comfortable for our one night stay

Staff were thr prize winner here. Couldn't do enough including having breakfast ready for us before normal time so we could catch our early flight out. Bed was excellent, but room was small. Wifi very good and fast. I had a promotional deal so it was value for money for us.

Staff were fantastic

The staff really made this place for us. They could 't do enough to help make our over night stay easier, even arranging for an early breakfast so we could eat before we went to the airport. Wifi was fast. Bed very comfortable. My only negative would be the small size of the room we were in, but as it was only one night, that was OK.

Great boutique hotel in a nice quiet neighborhood.

The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are very small. Don't even have room for a chair or desk. The customer service is very good, even though most of the personnel don't speak English. We ate dinner at their restaurant one night and we were surprised how good the food was and it was at a reasonable price.

Staff make a strong customer focussed team

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in October 2012. The rooms are small but adequate, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is made up of pastries, rolls, cheese, meats, fruit and you can get cooked eggs if you want. Dinner and lunch are available at reasonable prices. Wifi works fine, and there is an apple pc for the use of any guest without a laptop. Main strength is the (English speaking) staff, who could not have been more helpful. Danilo organised a shared taxi from the airport in advance of my arrival in Santiago. Raoul kept me supplied with PiscoSour, Carolina changed my room when I wanted one large bed rather than two singles. I watched the staff interact with families - they did a great job making them feel at home. The location is pleasant, quiet and safe and a ten minute walk from the underground, with buses a little closer.

Não Recomento!!!

Não gostei das acomodações, apesar do quarto limpo, porém, muito pequeno, sem frigobar, piso em madeira tanto no quarto como no corredor fazendo muito barulho, banheiro simples faltando uma porta do box, que ao tomar balho molhava todo o banheiro. Café da manhã sem variedades, muito fraco... pelo valor pago da diária não condiz com a realidade, foi muito decepcionante. O único ponto positivo foi a localização do bairro Providência é muito bom e agradável.
