ADULTS ONLY! Living on the sea is just what this villa offers with its magical location on the Atlantic. Listen to the waves of the sea, relax from everyday life and enjoy everything you could wish for. This oasis has wonderful exteriors with breathtaking sea views, views of the famous cliffs of Los Gigantes and the most spectacular sunsets with the island of La Gomera on the horizon. Whether from the swimming pool, the Jacuzzi, the sunbeds, the Balinese bed or the hanging swing, you will always be able to see the sea. There is also a dining area with barbecue outside to enjoy lunches and dinners, always with the sea as a backdrop. As it is located in the south west of the island, it has the best and warmest climate on the island all year round. The interior of the villa is no slouch either. It consists of a spacious living room with TV and access to the terrace, a separate and fully equipped kitchen with large windows with stunning sea views, a master bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm, a bedroom with a bed of 1.50 m, a separate dressing room, a bathroom with bathtub, another bathroom with shower. This holiday home is very special and is recommended for people who appreciate spending a few days in such a unique and exclusive situation. Only 10 minutes walk away is the small tourist village of Playa de La Arena which offers all kinds of bars and restaurants, supermarkets, bars and different types of leisure activities, such as yacht rental or sea excursions to discover whales and dolphins in their natural habitat. In the opposite direction is the beginning of a promenade that leads to the typical Canarian coastal village of Alcalá. Along the promenade you will find beaches, small coves of fine sand, natural swimming pools and various sports areas. The main liveliness of the village is concentrated on the quay and the village square. Nature lovers and hikers should not miss a visit to the nearby Teno Massif with the famous Barranco de Masca. It is a unique holiday home, perfect for individual travellers, who wish to experience a dream holiday far away from mass tourism and in front of the sea. The celebration of events and parties is expressly forbidden, as well as the access of people outside the reservation. It is also requested to respect the rest of the neighbours, not making noise after 22.00 h. Our guests agree that only and exclusively the alarm camera outside the front door of the house will continue to operate during their stay.
