Beautiful and comfortable house for 8 guests in Portopetro.
Enjoy the good weather in this fantastic house situated on the outskirts of Porto Petro. You can take advantage of pleasant evenings in the furnished porch, make delicious barbecues and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside while being very close to the town. The porch around the house has various corners where you can relax. In one of the terraces on the first floor, you are going to be able to sunbathe on one of the sun loungers or have a tasty breakfast under the sun umbrella. There are neighbours.

The 200 m2 house is distributed over one floor, the second floor is not available. From the main porch you can access the fantastic living-dining room, where you can relax while watching satellite TV and lighting the fireplace on cold days. The kitchen includes a gas stove and a table with four chairs, among other amenities. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are four bedrooms on this floor. One has a double bed, fan, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower, and the second has a double bed with fan. The other two have two single beds and a wardrobe, one with a fan. The floor is completed with a toilet and two other full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. There is central heating. It has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with babies, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

Portopetro is a coastal village of Santanyí coast. It has a great variety of sandy beaches and very close coves of great beauty. By driving only 3 minutes, you can reach Cala Mondragó and s’Amarador, the stunning virgin beach and jewel of the well-known Parque Natural de Mondragó. As well as this, in only 5 minutes by car, you will reach Santanyí town.

Amazing & large house, great location

Rental is facilitated through Homerti, which went smoothly with good and responsive communication. In the house, we got so much more than we expected - including 4 bedrooms (1 each) when the listing says 3. The bathrooms are new, great showers. Lots of space inside and out, including two terraces / verandas. Location is fantastic; a short walk to the marina and restaurants of Portopetro. Check in was easy. The only thing that would have been a helpful addition is kitchen basics for cooking (i.e. salt, pepper, oil). Overall, we had a great stay.
