Country House 'Ca Na Barbara' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

This single-story detached house is just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Santanyí, on a quiet side street. The nearest sandy beach is only a 10-minute drive away. Recently renovated, it offers space for 4 guests. The neighboring Casa Brava can also be booked online.



Main Floor:

The spacious living/dining area with open-plan kitchen features a dining table and a cozy sofa corner. There is a bunk bed in an open gallery, perfect for a quiet nap. The living room has large patio doors, filling the space with light and leading to the covered terrace. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The washbasin and WC are separate but also en suite. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm each) and an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a guest toilet. The house has 130 m² of living space and is tastefully and lovingly furnished.



Outdoor Area:

The covered terrace is furnished with lounge seating, a dining area, and a barbecue. It overlooks the beautiful garden with lawn and mature trees. The highlight is the solar-heated pool, making swimming pleasant even in cooler months. Pool heating is free of charge but depends on sunshine—water temperature can rise by 2–3°C depending on the sun. There is also a solar shower by the pool.



Pool:

8 m x 4 m, depth: 110 cm–170 cm, accessed by steps. The pool contains natural saltwater and is usually cleaned without chlorine, except during very hot weather.
