Não gostei da pousada ,desde o momento que cheguei na recepção o atendimento foi muito ruim estava com 3 malas e um dos funcionários que parece ser uma criança foi me mostrar a pousada mas não foi cordial nem um momento me vendo com duas malas na mão não ofereceu nenhuma ajuda, quis apenas mostrar a pousada sem se importar que eu e minha esposa estavamos com peso.Outro ponto negativo foi a questão da limpeza eles não limpa o quarto não trocam toalhas,e tive que passar pelo constrangimento de pedir papel higiênico 3 vezes visto que ficamos hospedados de quinta a domingo.A piscina aquecida não esquenta, sem contar que a água estava turva parecendo suja . No sábado pela manhã havia 2 trabalhadores na pousada e ouvir um dizer palavra de baixo calão perto do meu filho. o estacionamento e um pouco longe dos quartos.e no último dia quando fomos tomar café quase não tinha mais nada .Os funcionários precisam de treinamento desda recepção até os funcionários da limpeza geral e os que servem os cafe.Im aspectos bom e que qualquer problema alguns funcionários estavam de pronto a solucionar,mas a pousada em si precisa de treinamento geral ,não vimos a limpeza da piscina principal.espero que se um dia voltar ,esteja melhor pois ficar 3 diárias e não ter troca de toalhas e nem limpeza de quarto e demais uma vez que pagamos caro para não ter nenhum conforto.

A estadia foi tranquila. A pousada é muito gostosa, grande, mas percebe-se que ela é um pouco antiga, portas e janelas dos chalés são beeeem rusticas e talvez precisassem de uma manutenção. No cafe da manha, notamos uma falta de cuidado principalmente em relação as moscas que ficam pousando em tudo o tempo todo, nao tem nada para cobrir os alimentos o que é pouco higiênico, ja que moscas são bem nojentas e em relação a reposição dos alimentos, bom, basicamente se voce chega um pouco mais tarde, come o que restar, eles nao repõe nada, no mais, não tivemos problemas.

A estadia foi boa no geral, o que percebi foi que a pousada é bem grande e falta cuidado, piscina que fica no estacionamento estava bem suja, o local no geral é bacana voltaria mais vezes só acho que precisa ser mais bem cuidado, funcionários bacanas, somente um não foi tão simpático, mas também não foi mal educado apenas foi sério, é sobre isso está tudo bem.

Boa opção de pousada!

A pousada tem uma otima estrutura, é muito grande o atendimento é muito bom. Só ficou devendo na sauna e na piscina aquecida, que mesmo eu chegando bem antes do horário de fechar, já nao estavam funcionando mais. Também faltaram os itens de higiene no quarto.

Muito bom.

Gostei bastante da pousada. Principalmente das piscinas e do atendimento. Há uma igreja na mesma rua, bastante barulhenta. O ventilador do quarto também era barulhento, parecia meio solto. Fora isso, foi ótimo.

A recepção é falha nas informações. O estacionamento fica em outro terreno, vc deve ir lá, estacionar sem muito auxilio para entneder as vagas. O quarto é ok, sem ar, cama de molas, mas mole. Café da manhã com itens velhos e requentados.

O atendimento dos atendentes era perfeito, muito educados e amáveis. Já no que tange a limpeza a experiência não foi agradável. Não limparam nosso quarto nenhum dia e a piscina “aquecida” estava nojenta, o que causou brigas e discussões por parte dos hóspedes. A pousada tb é dívida e a área das piscinas infantis e em outro local isolado. Por fim, nosso check-in atrasou consideravelmente.
