On the upper floor, the entrance area features a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and spectacular views of the sea and the communal swimming pool. On the ground floor are the two bedrooms with comfortable beds and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The master bedroom has direct access to a cosy private terrace, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the island's climate.
With all the amenities, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for remote working, a parking space and communal swimming pool, this accommodation offers comfort and functionality in a quiet and exclusive setting.
Located in Santa Úrsula, an area with excellent road connections and quick access to the motorway, allowing you to travel comfortably around the island.
