Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 100 / 150 may apply. For bookings, other than families, an additional deposit of €100 / 150 may be charged. The deposit will be collected upon arrival.
