This first-floor, single-story Gulf Place condo comfortably sleeps up to four with a king bed in the bedroom and a twin bunk bed in the hallway. Guest have access to a full bathroom and a half bath. Enjoy access to community amenities including three heated outdoor pools, two hot tubs, tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard courts, cornhole, free on-site laundry, and direct beach access with a non-smoking Gulf cabana. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the essentials, while the indoor space features two Roku TVs and a dining table. Relax on your private patio with pool views. Additional perks include free WiFi, central A/C and heating, keyless entry, and provided linens and towels. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Parking is available in the community lot on a first-come, first-served basis.

**Pool in front of the unit is down for renovation until first of November. There are 2 other pools in the community that guest can use.
