This beachy bungalow comfortably sleeps 8, with two king rooms, one serving as the primary suite, with an ensuite, full bath, flatscreen and storage, and the other with a flatscreen, privacy doors, and a shared, large, hall bath with dual vanities, as well as a large bathtub and shower. Nearby, four more guests can sleep in the bunk room, with a queen-over-queen bunk, as well as a flatscreen.

* Pet Friendly - One dog up to 70 lbs. or two small dogs allowed. Dog(s) must be put in a kennel when left home alone. The home is equipped with a custom built-in dog kennel in the laundry room.

* Spring & Spring Break 5 Nt, Summer Sat to Sat 7Nt, 3 Nt fall, 2 Nt winter. (Pool can be heated for $35 a day from Oct 1 - May 1 to 85 degrees) Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign the registration.
* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $100 a day rental pet fee will be collected in addition to the flat $150 pet fee for three-bedroom homes. Pets will not be allowed on furniture. One dog up to 70 lbs. or 2 small dogs less than 20 lbs. each allowed. Must kennel when not home.
