My wife and I (plus our 8 month old) stayed for 2 nights in this lovely Seaside Cottage/Tiny house. It was exactly as described. It is small and cozy - has everything you need for an enjoyable weekend. It is within the Seaside community and you get access to all amenities. The cottage was comfy and very clean. Also, shout out ot the shower, which had excellent water pressure. The vacation rental company was the best I've seen yet - super responsive, texted all the info on time, and honestly, there is nothing negative that can be said. 5/5 stars

SUPER Location

Home is cute and sweetly stocked take home goodies. Bring your own K cups if you want to brew coffee at house. It very much is a tiny home so you have to get creative on where to unpack / store luggage. Location cannot be beat! Easy breezy walk to anywhere you want to go in the Seaside shopping/dining/beach area. Also backs up to WaterColor and easy walk to their boathouse for paddle boarding.

Fun Seaside Property

Small but perfect 2 person stay in Seaside. Ideal location walking distance to beach. Nussled inbetween two larger houses this property has everything you need and more to include heated bathroom floors. You may not have room to host a dinner party but all other amenities made up for it!

Wayback August 2023

We had a great time at our Wayback cottage stay! My wife had never been so it was the perfect entry to Seaside and can’t be location. Just a disclaimer this is is a max capacity of I would say 2, maybe 3 adults, or 2 adults and a child, I would not book it for a party bigger than that. There could be a bigger shower and a washer/dryer setup but other than that we had a flawless stay!

Seaside Stay

The Way Back was super cute, very clean, and closely located to everything. Beach was beautiful and about a 7 minute walk. Lots of food trucks and restaurants 5 minute walk away. Two bikes come with the rental which was a nice bonus. The Way Back was perfect for 2 adults. Communications were great!

Perfect FIRST trip to Seaside

Loved our first experience at Seaside. The Wayback gave us the perfect amount of space considering we did not spend the majority of our time in the house. Would definitely reserve this vacation home again. Thanks Seaside!

Authentic, timeless home that is simply excellent

We loved the simplicity and style of this home. It stood out from the typical beach home- was super clean, in an exceptional location, beautiful woods all around it, charming walks with our dog in all directions through the surrounding central Seaside neighborhood. Just couldn't ask for anything more.

Cute, cozy cottage

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The neighborhood was wonderful and the bed linens and towels were luxurious. Just a note, there is no dishwasher or washer and dryer in the cottage.

Great Location and Nice place

We really enjoyed staying in this Tiny home. It was very clean and cozy. The management had a nice welcome gift and checked in on us throughout our stay. The location is one of the best in Seaside. Perfect for a small family!

Perfect Location

We loved the location of our cottage! It is in walking distance to everything Seaside. We traveled with our dog and it was easy to get back to him from the beach for walks around the neighborhood and the square.

Perfect for a family of 4!

This house was perfect for our first time visiting Seaside! It was a lot more spacious then you would think! We all loved staying here!!! It was tucked away from the busyness of Seaside, but close enough to walk to the beach and into town! We loved every minute staying in this quaint little house! Thank you for making our first trip so wonderful and letting us create the most amazing memories!!!

Get away weekend

Loved Seaside, our cottage and location was fabulous. Parked our car on Sunday and did not use until we left Wednesday. Beautiful area to walk or bike around. Lots of eating places. The beach was FANTASTIC. Definitely will come again.

What a great place to stay

We had a delightful time staying in this little cottage. It just fit the two of us so well. The bed was comfortable (guessing they replaced it after a previous reviewer complained). The management was super responsive and available by text and phone. We had an issue with the A/C that was responded to promptly (within a few hours), and the house was cool again. They even added a couple of window units just to make sure that we stayed cool (didn't need them). The place was quiet, simple, clean. We loved the walking trails nearby, the easy walk or bike ride to the beach, and the main square of the town being so nearby. Highly recommend getting the Cabana Man beach umbrella/chairs setup reserved before going because it makes beach time hassle-free. We'll be back!
