The space

Welcome to 'White Sand Retreat!'

This beautifully designed home offers the perfect mix of comfort, style, and location for an unforgettable 30A vacation!

Step inside and you're welcomed into the spacious dining area, where a beautiful wooden table comfortably seats 10 beneath a stunning statement chandelier. Designed for gathering, this inviting space flows seamlessly into the bright and airy living room, which features comfortable seating centered around a cozy fireplace. Just nearby, the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a 6-burner stove, wine fridge, ample cabinetry/counter space, and a large island with seating for 4.

Also on the first floor, there is a half bathroom, the laundry room, and the first bedroom complete with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower.

Outside, enjoy your own private backyard oasis. Spend your days relaxing by the private pool and hot tub, grilling dinner on the gas grill, or unwinding beneath the covered patio. Gather around the outdoor dining table with a built-in fire pit for evening meals and conversation, then rinse off after a day at the beach with the convenient outdoor shower. Whether you're soaking up the sun or enjoying a quiet evening outdoors, this backyard is designed for making the most of your 30A getaway!

Moving up to the second floor, you'll find an additional living area, a dedicated office area, as well as the remaining 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King bed, a private balcony with a daybed swing, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. The second bedroom on this floor has a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The next bedroom also has a Queen bed, and shares a hallway bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. The final bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of Full-over-Queen bunk beds and one set of Full-over-Full bunk beds (sleeps 12). The bunk room also shares the hallway bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower.

Perfectly located in Seagrove Beach, you're only a 5-minute walk from the sugar-white sand and emerald Gulf waters. You're also within walking distance to Greenway Station, and just a short LSV/golf cart or bike ride away from tons of local restaurants, shopping, dining, and entertainment!

*We also manage another home right across the street from this one, if you have a large group but still want to stay close! It is called Your Lucky Day (5 Bedrooms - Sleeps 14). Based on availability, these homes can be rented out at the same time.

Guest access

There is a 6-seater LSV/golf cart and 4 bikes provided for guests' use.

There is parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway.

Other things to note
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Alys Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
