Wonderful Location and Pool

The house was great, perfect size for our family of 4, the pool was amazing and very large. The house was a short walking distance to the beach on a very quiet road in a great little neighborhood. Our only complaint was at checkout, the cleaning folks showed up 1.5 hours before our checkout time and waited on the front porch until we left. We did not appreciate strangers just sitting in the porch while we were there. They also asked to come in and use the restrooms due to a stomachache. The rental company was quick to respond to questions.

Awesome House and Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted a smaller house in 30A for a family of 4, and this was it! Location was great, walking distance to the beach and drive able or bikeable to many 30A towns. The pool was HUGE! Definitely a nice perk with the kids. The house was clean and just as pictures showed. The kitchen was really nice too and it was nice to cook. The only bummer was the fire pit is in the front yard, not behind the fence so we couldn't really be out there with the kids. But I'd give the stay 5 stars! We will definitely stay here again!
