Welcome to Dream Catcher in Seaside, FL! New to our program, featuring two bedrooms, two baths and a bonus loft, this ‘dreamy’ beach cottage is perfect for your next stay in the stunning Seaside, FL. Located just six houses to the beach and one block to downtown, this happy, yellow bungalow will not disappoint.

Dream Catcher is ideally situated on the peaceful East Ruskin Street, as well as just a short walk to the private beach access at East Ruskin Pavilion. Boasting plenty of natural light and space, this shaded hideaway is a great choice for the whole gang! Guests can arrive, park and enter through their comfortable screened-in front porch complete with lounge seating and a bench swing; the perfect morning coffee location. And on quiet nights you can hear the waves from your private front porch.

Step inside this home to discover an open, airy floor plan, featuring living, dining, coastal vibes, and a fully equipped kitchen on the first level. This main level offers an open living room with a large sofa, tall ceilings, seating, and an adjacent, large mounted flat screen TV for all perfect to watch the football game or enjoy a family movie night in. This level also provides a dining area with a wooden table that comfortably seats six! The fully equipped kitchen offers a four-burner electric stove top, a large sub-zero fridge, a full dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, and microwave for cooking family nights in. There is also bar seating for two more and rear porch access. Off the rear porch is a spacious fenced yard with a large charcoal grill, outdoor dining for four, and two fun hammocks for relaxing afternoons al fresco.

A king primary bedroom is at the front of the home with a private marble bath with a single vanity and a tub & shower combo. This bedroom also has French doors that access the spacious front porch, a closet, and a private, large, mounted flat-screen TV. A second queen bedroom at the rear of the home has a closet and large mounted private flat-screen TV. There is an adjacent shared marble bath with a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. An additional open bonus loft accessible by a ship's ladder is off the living room. This bonus loft has two twin beds and trundles to accommodate four more, perfect for the kids.
