This house is amazing!! Pool size is small but was perfect for us and our little ones. Golf cart was so handy to get around!! And the short walk to the beach was amazing! Chelsea was great to work with and very responsive!!

We had a great stay at the house! It’s very beautiful and comfortable, with a great location close to the beach in a quiet area. Communication with the host was amazing… always quick and helpful. We’d definitely come back!

Girls beach trip

There were several details that we had to address- no batteries in tv remote controls, no garbage bags, trash had not been emptied, microwave and toaster didn’t work…but the host was very responsive and quick to help work things out. The layout of the house is really good for large groups and the location was really convenient to beach, shopping, and restaurants.

The pros:I really loved the location of this rental.The management was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.I love the overall layout of the house.The golf cart included was just amazing!! The cons:The pool is actually way smaller in person. The beach access nearby (hence why we booked this location) was closed for construction. This should have been disclosed at least a month before check in- we were told only a few days before our reservation. The county will typically give months of notice to homeowners so they were aware.(But having the golf cart included made up for it and there were other beach access that aren’t too far) The cleanliness is a bit of a concern. Found vape cartridge by the bedframe, our feet was black by the end of the night just from walking barefoot inside the house, some of the dishes had some dried food particles. Despite all that, I honestly would still stay in this rental if the price is right cause I liked the management, the house, location, and the golf cart!. Just hope they can get different cleaners next time!

The property is amazing. Very close to the beach. Heated pool. BBQ, beach gear, beach chairs, cooler ... all available for use. Owners very responsive to requests/questions. Within walking distance of 30A. Includes large 6-seater cart!
