Inside, the open-concept living area is designed for spending time together, featuring comfortable seating and a TV for movie nights or catching up after a day in the sun. The dining table seats eight, with additional seating at the kitchen peninsula, making family meals and game nights easy. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare your favorite meals, along with a coffee maker, toaster, and the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer.

Step outside to enjoy the private fenced backyard, where you'll find a furnished patio and a fire pit with seating, the perfect place to gather in the evenings. Whether you're grilling, relaxing with your morning coffee, or winding down under the stars, the outdoor space adds another place for everyone to enjoy.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 2 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
