This elegant condo is in the heart of WaterColor's Town Center, and only one block to private beach and pool access. All shopping is just feet from your front door and with Wine World located underneath, you can have a lovely meal without traveling. Step inside this beautiful condo to find a pleasant place for a couple's vacation. Enjoy whipping up a tasty meal in this fabulous kitchen supplied with all new stainless steel appliances and a charming dining room table to enjoy your morning coffee.

Just off the kitchen, you will find a lovely dinning room table that seats four in addition to two at the bar for a total of 6. Condo 1735-203 features two bedrooms, one with a king bed that offers a full crisp white bathroom. This king suite also has access to the beautiful balcony to enjoy the view. Across the hall, you will fall in love with two comfy queen beds featuring its own full bathroom. For your entertainment needs, both bedrooms have their own TV.

Unit 203 is the only condo in the building to offer two over sized porches to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunsets and all the other amenities that WaterColor has to offer. Sit back and relax as this luxurious condo takes your breath away.

Beautiful property, well appointed and comfortable.

Convenient to beach and other Water Color amenities. We would not stay at this property in the future as we prefer a quieter location and would give up the convenience. Love 30A, but don't like to live right above it and the restaurant below even during the winter months. If it was located another block back from 30A we would go back without question. The only inconvenience was lack of an ice maker, but Tom Thumb took care of that.
