DETAILS: Located in the Crossings District of WaterColor, 74 Wisteria Way is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house that can accommodate up to 10 guests. It's conveniently located to restaurants, Publix, nature trails, and the neighborhood pools that are easily accessible with the home's 4 adult bikes or 6-seater Low-Speed Vehicle. It's also just a short ride away to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The entire home has a natural, coastal charm from a professional designer with wooden floors and graceful interiors that is signature to WaterColor's iconic style. The first floor of the home has an open kitchen and living area that opens up to the back patio. With sparkling white marble countertops and stainless-steel appliances, the room has a sleek and clean feel. There are premium Wolfe and Sub-Zero appliances, a wine refrigerator, and an ice maker as well. There is room for 10 at the breakfast bar and dining table to eat together.
