This was a perfect location for myself, husband, 15 year old and dog. Outside fenced in area for the pup made it very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. Great location for a short walk or ride to the public beach access. Property was clean and very nice! We didn’t use the kitchen much since it was a short stay. Overall a great experience and stay

Tucked away, private community with a wonderful park/walking trails at the end. On-site pool. House has great lay-out, very clean, well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds. The fenced back yard is an extra plus with gas grill and conversation area. Nice finds were the use of the beach wagon, chairs, beach towels and surfing boards. Very convenient to the beach! My entire family loved it and we would definitely stay there again.

Great spot and location!

We had a wonderful family stay at this property! Everything was better than pictures. Comfortable beds and nicely stocked kitchen and beautiful bathrooms! Quick and efficient communication with owner. Thank you for the idyllic vacation spot! We will be back

Very Nice Holiday at Blue Mountain

The location was convenient and the property was clean & well cared for. It is obvious the owner gave a lot of thought to outfitting the property. We had no issues at all before, during or after our 7 night stay.

Easter Weekend Sat

The house was beautiful, clean and felt like home! The master bed was super comfortable! The master bath was spacious. The entire house was extremely clean. This house was exactly what we wanted a d hoped it would be. Our small dogs were comfortable and not stressed or anxious (which is a huge win for us).I highly recommend this house! The property manager was helpful and quick to respond with details.Overall, excellent across the board!

Great place to stay!

We rented this for our 17 year old’s spring break. It was perfect. He brought a couple of friends and they had a blast riding the bikes and hiking the nearby trails. The beach is a 7 minute walk away, which was great to keep our area peaceful. Will definitely stay again!

We loved this house. It is at the end of a quiet street. There are walking trails near by which our dog loved. The house was very clean and the management company was very prompt in answering my questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

We were very happy staying here and the location was spot on. It is in a culdesac and very quiet. Trails to walk on with our pups. The fenced in yard was a definite plus to let them out first thing in the morning. We look forward to coming back!! Thank you!

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed the stay in Florida. The property was just as described and very clean. We got there before checking in and they were very accommodating and allowed the early check in. I would recommend that the code to access tv programs be given in the information provided. We were able to get the code when calling in but that would have been helpful to have at the start of the vacation. I would like to see the outside a little more taken care of as far as a shrubbery. We did have one issue when the lock to the house did not work, and the management group had to come to attempt to resolve. When they could not resolve they gave us a key to the house. They were very nice and resolved quickly. These are very small things as this home was great and I would rent again. One thing I really appreciated was the cute cups and towels that were left for us. This house is super cute, and we really enjoyed out time and again we will check availability to rent again. Thank you to the owners and management service for a wonderful stay.

Great place!

My husband and I have been visiting blue mountain beach for 10+ years now and have always stayed at the same place. Due to a medical issue with one of our dogs this year, we needed to find a new, pet friendly place and we were so lucky to find this listing! It’s at the end of a quiet street in an adorable neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach, lots of great restaurants nearby and the house was well kept, updated nicely and the beds were extremely comfortable. Getting in touch with the host was extremely easy as well. The fenced in yard was the perfect size for our dogs to get a little outdoor time and the neighborhood was great for a short walk in the morning. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic home on beautiful 30A

Perfect for a quick getaway. Fenced backyard was great for the dog. There's a state park right by the house with trails. Beach access was close by and walkable as well. Ice maker in the mudroom was super helpful for filling the cooler. Overall, very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Great place in Blue Mountain

The house was very clean and nice and kitchen was well appointed. Fenced in back yard was nice for our dogs. It looks like it was recently renovated. Very comfortable. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Quiet street. We would return.

Great stay!

This house was perfect for our family! Most importantly the beds were super comfortable (my FIL said it’s the best sleep he’s had in months) and the rooms were not crazy bright in the mornings bc they have good blinds and curtains 🙌. We slept great! The house was more spacious than I was expecting. They literally had everything we needed (beach wagon, beach chairs, laundry/dish soap, bathroom essentials, games, extra ice maker for filling coolers, outdoor shower, grill). The location is super convenient- really easy walk or bike ride to the beach, several restaurants, and coffee shops. Loved that they provided bikes! The house is at the end of a culdesac which was nice bonus (low traffic, basketball hoop, little path to cut through to get to the main road to the beach). There were even deer! We can’t wait to come back here.
