Just a few steps separate you from the crystal-clear waters, inviting you to venture out of your private balcony and descend to the pristine white sands below. Inside, this enchanting unit boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first bedroom boasts a twin bed and a full bed, offering a cozy reprieve after a day of exploration. The second room welcomes you with two twin beds and another full bed, promising a restful night's sleep. Lastly, the master bedroom reigns supreme with its king-sized bed, fit for royalty. The open living and dining area serves as a stage for unforgettable moments with loved ones, ideal for hosting you and your family. Perch yourself at the breakfast bar and revel in the delights of the kitchen, a culinary haven waiting to be explored. Enjoy the panoramic views of the emerald waters and picturesque beaches, painting a surreal backdrop for your escapades. As you slide open the balcony door, the melodic sound of the waves gently caressing the shore serenades your senses, igniting a sense of wonder and discovery. Adventure awaits, just beyond your doorstep.

HOA rules must be followed no more than 8 guests on property and private beach.

Four night rental available.
Unit comes with 2 beach chairs and one umbrella set up for you daily from 7 AM-5 PM. The chair service starts running 3/1 and runs through 10/31. No chair service is available for this unit in the winter.
The vendor is available for additional setup at costs to guests.
Chair rental rates through Spyglass for 3/25-10/25.
$35/day and $210/ week plus tax per set
No personal chairs are allowed on the beach per the HOA from 7AM-5PM.



THIS UNIT IS NON-SMOKING TO INCLUDE THE BALCONY!

There are elevators available on site.

*PARKING PASS MUST BE VISIBLE ON THE DASH OF YOUR VEHICLE FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY
*The renter must be 25 or older to rent this unit. You must also be present during check-in.

HOA Rules for Sugar Dunes Condos:
• Violation of any Sugar Dunes parking rule will subject the vehicle to being towed.
• All vehicles must have this pass visible on the dash AT ALL TIMES.
• You are only ALLOWED 2 vehicles on property at all times.
• You must park in the designated, numbered spots for your unit.
• Guest spots are only for the guest of owners on property or service company vehicles.
• Golf carts and/or LSV’s are NOT allowed on Sugar Dunes property

Additional HOA Rules
• Any violation of these rules can subject you to eviction from our property.
• You are only allowed to use the beach for those staying in your Unit. You are not allowed
to invite other friends to our private beach. Max occupancy of 8.
• Do not hang towels or other items off or over any railings.
• Do not leave trash outside your unit on the walkways. Please use the dumpster.
• Noise curfew is 10:00 PM but always be respectful with loud music or noise.
• Additional chairs and umbrellas can only be rented from HOA approved vendor(s)
• Do not throw items off of any deck.
• Do not leave trash or beach items on the beach or in the parking lot. Please use the
dumpster located near the gate.
• Canopies or tents are not allowed on our beach.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.
