It was a special place with great beach access. It was a great location within walking distance to the town square. There were only 2 bikes included with such a large house so we had to rent more

I've stayed on 30A many times and this was by far my favorite place ever. I will stay here every time my family and I come back if possible. I give all aspects of the property a A++++

wonderful spring break vacation with family

I felt it could have been cleaner and the grounds were not clean.. lots of cigarette butts and empty cans. Disappointed we were not able to go see sunset in the tower. could not remember if that was disclosed.

Rossi is our favorite for several reasons. The home is beautiful, well stocked kitchen with everything you need, great location, and very clean. Beds are comfortable with nice sheets and blankets. Lots of outdoor space to spend time and relax with family. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family was looking for a relaxing getaway for this summer and we had not been to Seaside before. We wanted the perfect home away from home and we found it with the Rossi House. It was in the perfect location and had everything we needed with everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom. We woke up to sipping the perfect cup of coffee, listening and looking at the ocean each day. We walked and biked almost everywhere unless there was a dinner excursion we wanted to go to not far away. The team at Homeowner's Collection was very organized and attentive. It made planning the trip very easy. It was a memorable week. We will be back!!

Words like classic, elegant, comfortable come to mind. Designed by a world-renowned architect, every detail about the house is special and unique. Comfortable from the minute you first enter, as you move around you notice details large and small and slowly come to realize this is a very special house. It's casual, comfortable luxury. No expense was spared. The Rossi House is a cut above.

Disappointing Seaside

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with the house at first, ocean view with easy access to the nice beach and beautifully furnished. Unfortunately, at night an unbelievable amount of screaming teenagers would come out and use the public crossover to the beach that was located next to the house until 2 AM! The house is also located on the main road where at night the teens would cruise in their cars with windows down, walk the sidewalks and yell to each other. It was a zoo! No sleep for us until the teens went home, usually between 1 and 2 AM. This went on for our entire five night stay. We were there with our teen boys and they even became annoyed with noise. We will not return just because of the teens roaming until the early morning hours and their noise. We take beach vacations to relax and enjoy the beach with our kids. Instead we were sleep deprived and disappointed.
