Clean and update. Sand was in refrigerator door. Rug in kitchen is filthy. Couch was stained and carpet in bedrooms was disgusting. Throw pillows had dried blood or chocolate on it. Trash can had food on inside and looks like it’s never been wiped down under the bag. Balcony table was sticky. Windows to balcony have never been cleaned. Great unit but definitely needs updating and cleaned.
