Family retreat

Perfect size for our family of eight. Home is well kept and very easy to communicate with property manager. Location in a nice neighborhood close to multiple shops and entertainment near 30-A.

4th vacation

BEARS. Owner has a lot locked out. Garage can not be used. Pantry, several cabinets in kitchen and a few closets are all locked. You have to leave your beach items laying in driveway or on the golf cart IF YOU RENT ONE. The floor left a dark stain on bottoms of feet. There was a few bear sitings, tore trash up one night, beware at night. Other than that it is a nice place that is very cozy. Plenty of parking and pickle ball courts across the street.

Great Spring Break 2021

House was great - loved everything about it! Weather was cool but that’s to be expected - we still had a few warm days with sunshine! Nature walk trail is only for bikes - please note that you cannot use golf carts on the trail like we thought we could. We rented 2 golf carts and had to drive on the main roads to the public beach access point and park and walk all of your beach items down the stairs to the beach. Parking was difficult even with golf carts! Probably a rookie mistake but we just want folks to be aware and plan accordingly because we didn’t! Overall a great trip at a beautiful home with a beautiful beach - we would definitely return!

Nice getaway

This was our sixth trip down to 30A, our second time staying in Nature Walk. Love the area. This is a nice home. Our family of five was comfortable and able to spread out. House is across from the basketball/pickleball courts- a hotspot within the neighborhood. My son was able to keep an eye for when the courts opened up. We really appreciated that there were four beach cruiser bikes included. It is a very long walk to the beach - took us about 15 minutes by bike to get to the beach. There is not much to do inside the property… there are plenty of TVs with the property, but no live TV option that we could figure out. Not a deal breaker for a beach vacation, but was surprising that we couldn’t watch the NCAA basketball tournament or catch the news. There is an odd musty smell on the main level of the house… it never went away while we were there. I do think the owners need to look into it.

Perfect family friendly home!

This was our first time in the area and we absolutely loved this home! It’s clean, spacious, and in close proximity to the beach, restaurants, etc. we would definitely recommend renting a golf cart to get to and from the beach!!

Beautiful Home

Clean Comfortable Peaceful Expect a golfcart ride or take car to drop off stuff at beach. You can ride your bike, but through a back trail for about a mile. Rent a bike cart if you plan to ride your bike to the beach. All rooms upstairs-bring sound machines. We did and it was PERFECT for us. Great linens Plenty of towels

Beautiful house

We really enjoyed our stay. Nature walk is a newer community and once we found our way through the bike trail to the beach it was very easy to access. A few suggestions would be a larger trash can (with 10 people it seemed we were taking the trash out every couple of hours). Also the house didn’t have a wine opener! Finally the bowls and plates were beautiful from crate and barrel but they are not microwaveable safe which was difficult when trying to feed 6 children. Finally a grill would have been nice to have but because there wasn’t one we ended up using the common area one at the pool.

Chic seaside decor family home

We had a wonderful stay at The Pearl House overall. The beds, decor and layout were comfortable. Loved the master bathroom soaking tub. We were disappointed that there were signs in the garage and house as well as previous reviews that mentioned the golf cart but it wasn’t included with our stay. We new it didn’t include it but the signs etc reminded us that it once was an amenity. The neighborhood and community as a whole are very golf cart friendly. 4 bikes are included and we appreciated those. The kitchen was appointed decently but was lacking a dish scrubber (sponge included though) which made it hard to clean sheet pans. I’m allergic to pets and there was a lot of pet hair around the rugs and in the dryer which got on all my clothes. I was very excited about the soaking tub but the water wasn’t hot enough, it seemed much hotter in other areas. The provided coffee is insufficient for a week stay so a mesh filter for purchased coffee would be nice so guests don’t need to purchase a full pack of disposable filters. A Keurig is also included. Beach towels were specifically listed as not included but it would be nice to borrow them and not have to purchase/pack them for everyone. The decor and quality of the furniture is very nice. The layout is very family friendly. Having to enter and exit via garage was a little awkward vs a front door lock system but definitely not a huge deal. The location and orientation in the community was awesome. A guidebook with local recommendations, tips and places that deliver would have been helpful. Overall a really great stay, thank you!

Stylish and Cozy

Beautiful property that was very cozy and incredibly decorated. Loved the location, although you will need a Golf-cart and one is not provided anymore. Very comfy beds and linens and the space was ideal for friends or family. The community pool is GREAT bonus for those days you don't want to beach it! Loved the bikes and little details throughout the property. If traveling you will need beach towels and beach equipment, neither are provided. There are several items that if provided would completely catapult this rental over the surrounding other. But, overall we loved this property and will definitely book again.

Great property!

Our favorite property on 30a so far! Beautiful home with high end furniture and accessories. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. The location is perfect and great for children since the home opens up to a green space and sport courts. Loved that the 2 back porches overlook a pond and the state forest- very private and peaceful. We also LOVED the golf cart. Looking forward to our next stay at Pearl House!
