On the beach

An inexpensive hotel on the beach. Older facility, very slow internet, no safes or refrigerator in room. The staff are very helpful. Very little english is spoken, bit Google translate makes it easier to communicate. The breakfast provided is barely adequate. An OK hotel and I felt safe.

Fine hotel for a weekend out off Santa Marta

All was Ok was nervous about reviews but really cool little place to hang out for a purple off days although their is nothing close out side the hotel..hotel food is just Ok.. But staff friendly and helpful and the little pizza place and soccer lounge / bar cool

Its located next to "paty-street", so there is alot of noise during the weekens. The only nice thing is the close distance to the beach, and the very helpful staff!

Qué mal servicio y compromiso

Se confirmó la reserva y cuando llegamos al hotel no apareció según ellos nada y no tenían absolutamente nada disponible nos tocó ponernos a recorrer el rodadero con maletas y todo a las 11:30 pm buscando donde quedarnos

Lo mejor es la ubicación frente al mar. El Hotel es pequeño muy acogedor. la experiencia fue muy buena Lo recomiendo y volvería.

El gran engaño

Pesimo servicio, pesima atencion y pesimo aseo, no se como estan inscritos para venta por internet si ni siquiera reciben pagos con medios electronicos y es politica del hotel, como tambien lo es andar con un grazalete, que solo sirve para identificar al huesped, que tonteria y una persona de recepcion me llamo la atencion porque me lo quite, ademas de decirme que respetara las normas del hotel Les comento a quienes miren estw hotel que esas fotos que ponen no se donde las tomaron por ese hotel no es asi

La estancia fue agradable

Considero que la hotel le faltan algunos detalles como es tener claro como funcionan las reservas online las cuales incluyen los impuestos cosa que en un principio no sabían su cobrarme o no, además no permiten pagos con medios electrónicos lo que me dificultó mi estancia de manera significativa; la atención del personal fue excelente. La habitación me parece que por el precio de hospedaje le faltó teléfono para el room service y minibar en la habitación. La piscina muy bien aseada y controlada sin embargo nunca vi un salvavidas constante y autorizado o almenos con las señas de que era el salvavidas. lo cual es negativo en caso de un accidente.

El cuarto no era cómo se veía en las fotos. Fue bastante incómodo y la proyección que teníamos del viaje se demerita mucho por el cuarto. Además no se recibió la tarjeta vía en línea. Cosa que complicó todo porque tocó sacar el dinero en efectivo y hacer el pago. Cosa que es ilógica en cuestiones de viaje.

Mala experiencia!!!!

Las fotos son muy engañosas, el hotel está en muy regulares condiciones, la habitación no tenia un refrigerador ni minibar, no tenía teléfono, nos tocó pedir varias veces al día que por favor hicieran aseo a la habitación, mal servicio en general a excepción de las personas del restaurante. Incluía el desayuno pero realmente muy regular y poquito. Demasiado ruido en los alrededores lo que hizo complicado el descanso. NO lo recomiendo

buena ubicación

el hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación justo frente a la playa del rodadero, los desayunos estuvieron bien, la gente es amable, las habitaciones con aire acondicionado, las camas como de bronce me dejaron morados porque al pasar facilmente uno se podia golpear con las esquinas, el baño normal, el tv de 14" y no tenia buena señal escasamente se podia solo un canal, si piensa descansar no es el hotel como queda en el rodadero y las habitaciones dan a la calle pasan carros con alto volumen. si va en plan y con actitud paseo si lo recomiendo.

En general todo estuvo muy bien. El trato del personal fue muy bueno, me hicieron sentir bien. Lo que más me gustó es la cercania del hotel al mar. Su piscina estuvo bien aunque seria bueno que el horario fuera mas extenso. La zona es un poco fiestera pero la gente muy educada. El mar es muy manso y limpio. No me gusto que el servicio de cable no funcionara 2 de las 3 noches que me hospedé y que no quede claro el tipo y modalidad de desayuno que sirven.

Amalia es la recepcionista y es muy agradable. Santiago, en el comedor, súper servicial. Todos en general muy buena predisposición. La pileta hermosa y la vista al mar, cruzando la calle. Muy conformes. Volveríamos. Excelente relación precio calidad. Ubicación barbara.
