The staff was amazing. The only suggestion would be to expand room service hours to include breakfast and lunch.
What we did not like was we arrived late due our plane being delayed. We arrived exactly at 10pm and the restaurant on location closed at 10pm. The front clerk said the restaurant was closed and could not serve us. It was raining very heavy and the clerk said she could not tell where we could get food because the hotel did not recommend us leaving the hotel. In that case I know they could have kept the restaurant open even to serve us something simple like bread and cheese or anything basic. This was the same person 2 days later refused our request for 1 hour late checkout. Not good customer service.
My stay here wasnt bad by any mean there were just little things here and there. Like when room service cleaned the room they didnt replace with any clean towels just left the old.towels there. One night we even requested for new towels and never got it had to wait til the following morning to ask room service for them when they came to the room. And they didnt have any hand towels. Other than that it was not a bad stay

They lied and after that ask me for more money. The dark guy at the breakfast told me in Spanish that i finished the breakfast. What ?? These ppl need to work on the streets not in hilton ! Im very sorry. Im not going back to that place and wouldn’t recommend it !
The cleanliness of the hotel was very good, the staff was very helpful and i would recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.
The rooms and hotel are new. This Hilton has only been in business for 1 year, 2 months. The staff was very friendly. The area is a great one to walk around in and feel safe. The rooms are beautiful and modern. There's a blackout curtain, which I appreciate. What I didn't like was the fact that I had no control over the air conditioner until about 8am in the morning. I would wake up hot and unable to get the temperature in the room below 24C / 75F-- apparently this is a trend in worldwide hotels (having air conditioning centrally controlled by the hotel to save energy during certain hours), but I'm not a fan. Same problem with the temperature control in the exercise room-- that was a 27C / 80F when I used it this morning and could not be lowered.
I think it would be nice if you would leave some lights on for the pool deck in the evening to make it more inviting and a little nicer,but your hotel is very nice and we all enjoyed our stay there
Beautiful hotel and great friendly staff. Checking in was easy because this hotel accepted Colombian Govt issued IDs....didn’t need birth certificates (which no one carries with them). This place was clean and comfortable with an awesome breakfast buffet. Me and my children were very happy staying here because it’s walking distance to most restaurants and shopping. The beach is also close by. Very Wonderful place!
