Best budget stay on the beach of Zipolite. If you don't need many amenities, this is the place to be! I stay here everytime I visit Zipolite. The restaurant and location is super convenient and it feels like you are staying in a natural setting. Staff is excellent, parking available, and I can't wait to come back.

Great hotel clean rooms excellent service staff was very helpful professional they make sure that you have a good stay. The only thing we would recommend is in the restaurant could improve on the menu the food was simple we think if more traditional food was available it would improve the service.

Simple but immaculate and very friendly staff. I stayed in a small palapa and there was great care and attention to details. Nice bedding, charming vibe, they even provide sarongs. Bathroom and shower for this unit were separate and behind the restaurant, but very private and clean. Directly on the beach right in the heart of town. Some other review said the small palapa was “terrible” but this is completely ridiculous, it’s great, just simple and traditional. Recommended 👍

I stayed here after being told by my friend Tomer how wonderful this place is. The proximity to the ocean, the no frills clean and comfy accommodations and the wonderful care with which the owner and the staff run the place made me want to stay forever. I took my siesta on the hammock in front of my room daily. I fell asleep to the roaring sound of the waves outside. I went on a morning dip after watching the sunrise, all steps from my room. I can’t wait to come back.

Zipolite is a lovely place to visit., we enjoyed our stay with Posada Mexico, the staff was excellent, everything was as advertised, even the no hot water, lol, although the water was more than acceptable temperature warm not cold. We left the day before hurricane Agatha was to land, we hope they and the locals all fared well.

Extraordinaire - from a traveler with over 40 yrs travel experience and having visited over 40 countries, these local, authentic palapa gems become more rare each year. Awesome value, several price points. Property restaurant on gorgeous beach: very reasonably priced, totally fresh and flavorful and excellent coffee and natural juices. My indoor/outdoor ‘palapa’ had the most simple, yet amazing powerful shower (chain-pulled and unheated)
