■ PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

• Deposit: 30% of base rental rate at booking, plus $99 USD administration fee and $45 USD accidental damage insurance
• Balance: Remaining 70% plus applicable tax, due 60 days before arrival. Full payment required for bookings made within 60 days of arrival.
• Date changes: Modifications made up to 30 days before arrival carry no change fee, subject to availability. Funds are otherwise non-refundable.
• Travel insurance: Strongly recommended. We don't sell it - we encourage guests to arrange independently before travel.
• Payment: Visa, Mastercard, or bank wire transfer
• Booking confirmation: Digital rental agreement and ID verification required

• Do you offer a discount for longer stays? Yes, a discount is automatically applied to reservations of 26 nights or more, no code required. Electricity is billed locally based on usage for longer stays and included in the rate for shorter ones

The area is also home to surf schools, beachside dining, oceanfront bars, mud baths, and massage offerings, all within easy reach.

• Are there restaurants nearby? Yes. A short walk brings you to the popular Casa Bocana restaurant and bar, along with several other local dining options that contribute to the relaxed energy and charm of the La Bocana community.
