The gated entry sets the stage for the villa's regal entryway, with its stately gardens and custom woodwork. Walk into the upper level common area where you are immediately greeted with ocean views. The upper wet bar, lounge and dining area make up the grand room. Leading off of this area, you will find access to the ocean view master suite, the office area, theatre room, powder room and garden guest room. Not to be missed is this level's formal dining area where you can enjoy the custom locally crafted furnishings while you take in the surrounding garden and ocean views.

On the lower level, you will find two large ocean-view guest suites. Centered between these suites is the lower lounge and wet bar area and powder room. In front of this open-air shared space, guests can enjoy the oceanfront pool and gardens. This absolutely magnificent setting offers panoramic views, large open spaces and tropical gardens. Winding along a private pathway off this area, you will find the very private honeymoon suite. This suite features natural stone and woodwork as well as an in-room jacuzzi and mini bar area.

• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
