I really enjoyed my stay, the Hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful. The workers were very nice and helpful when it came to finding taxis and tour guides. It was also walking distance from all the good restaurants and bars.

This property is clean, and the local staff that work there are pleasant, but this property is not at all as advertised. I didn’t get the room I booked, instead I was next to all the mechanical equipment, which was loud. there is no real internet access - when I asked I was told that is the case while the entire area, which is not true. the spa was ‘closed’, there is no real gym/yoga facility, there was also a power outage while I was there. I checked out a few days early, and they were not willing to offer any form of a return. When I contacted Expedia, about the false advertising, they confirmed they didn’t check the accuracy of the listing, so booking is at the risk of the guest. Overall very unpleasant experience. There are plenty of other better options and are far more affordable. I would have been much happier in a hostel.

Todo estuvo excelente!!! El lugar súper bonito, moderno, las camas deliciosamente cómodas, cerca de la avenida principal y la playa llegas caminado y mientras lo haces te encuentras restaurantes, cafeterías, etc. definitivamente un hotel al que me gustaría mucho regresa!! La experiencia en Casa Umi fue Excelente, El trato del personal es de primer nivel. La habitación siempre estuvo limpia y lista para su uso. El chef siempre está atento y dispuesto a dar el mejor servicio. La alberca siempre limpia. En mi caso la habitación contaba con alberca privada, misma que siempre estuvo limpia y en temperatura agradable.

Una MARAVILLA de hotel.
